Joe has over 32 years of experience in providing technology solutions to enable clients' business success across all industries and consulting fields. His deep knowledge, thought leadership and hands-on experience covers every aspect of technology. These areas include serving as a Cloud and XaaS computing expert, SAP technology Basis expert since 1992, including landscape design, infrastructure design and optimization, virtualization and consolidation. Additionally Joe has launched global technology organizations as well as the development and roll-out of major offerings to clients around the world. In his 19th year at Capgemini and Ernst & Young, Joe is the Capgemini North America CTO. This role includes defining emerging technologies that can be leveraged for clients as well as internally. Joe has recently been named the Global CTO of Capgemini’s new Business Cloud group, which was formed to adopt, design, and deliver Cloud opportunities to clients around the world in a consistent manner, de-coupled from the traditional consulting model. As Capgemini’s face and spokesperson to the analyst world, Joe is published and quoted throughout many sources such as GigaOM, Network World, Gartner, Computer World, IT Business Edge, etc. With so much insight, Joe is often asked to open conferences and be a guest speaker at major events around the world such as Oracle Open World, AWS re:Invent, GigaOM Structure, SAPPHIRE, VMWorld, Microsoft WPC, IBM Pulse and HP Discover. As an executive leader across alliances and services, Joe is involved in client activities in all facets of the management consulting lifecycle. He assists in closing deals, launching new emerging technology projects, and stepping into challenged projects before they impacts overall delivery or client satisfaction. In addition, Joe manages some of the largest and most strategic alliances for Capgemini including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, IBM, and HP. For Amazon Web Services, Joe has relationships at the highest levels of the company including the CEO and was the first SI to approach AWS to build a go-to-market relationship.

Andrew Katz
Associate Vice President, Business Transformation Services - Sutherland

Andrew has over 20 years of work experience in back-office solutions design, implementation and delivery. He has a track record of identifying operational deficiencies and implementing sustainable system/process improvements in customer relationship management. Andrew spent nine years working for Roche and was responsible for sales and marketing operations, overseeing campaign management and decision-making with customer interaction channels such as the Web; IVR system; call centers; point-of-sale, and self-service systems. He has performed many operational programs that bridged the gaps to best-in-class performance. He has driven positive change programs in many companies and many industries. In the last 11 years, Andrew has focused on retail, banking and finance, as well as the pharmaceutical industry. He has generated performance gains as these industries required the largest changes in the global business environment. Additionally, Andrew has input predictive analytics into normal investment operations enabling the profiling of customer value. He is a key member of Sutherland’s Business Transformation Services Group, tasked with process consulting and outsourcing advisory practices. As part of the team, he works with clients to help maximize their business performance and stakeholder value.



Ray Bennett
Director of the mobile center of excellence - Microstrategy

Ray Bennett currently is the director of the Mobile Center of Excellence at Microstrategy. The center of excellence works to deliver and integrate multiple technical platforms into a unifying BI structure that enables businesses to effectively drive mobility initiatives and allow for a mobile workforce. Ray has an extensive background in information technology, previously holding numerous strategic leadership positions for Ernst & Young where he consulted, Infor, Delta Airlines, and MCI. Ray graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Science and has a proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions targeted at increasing revenue and accelerating growth across varied markets.

Zachary C. Davis is a graduate of the University of Georgia earning his degree in managing information systems. Zack has 15-plus years in designing, implementing and managing IT solutions across multiple industries (Telecom, Automotive, Financial, Pharmaceuticals, Tech, and Insurance) within fortune 500 companies. Zack has held various technical and managerial roles within the data warehousing, CRM, SaaS, Integration, and networking verticals and currently manages cloud application development within Citrix Systems.

Lori received her MBA from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. Lori has held a number of management positions in Information technology with KMPG, Infor as well as the Director of Product Management (financial Services) for Oracle. She brings years of experience within customer relationship management and functional business analysis. She is an expert in the organizational lifecycle dealing with planning, forecasting, and marketing products at all stages of lifecylce management.
