Mark Russell brings with him more than 20 years of leadership experience. He is currently VP of Sales for DJO Surgical. Prior to that Mark has held many leadership roles in the healthcare industry including Principal Owner of Alpine Medical and General Manager for the California Branch at Stryker Orthopedics.
In addition to his experience in healthcare, Mark served in the United States Army as a UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot and Chief Warrant Officer III Aviator. While he was stationed at Ft. Myer/Washington, DC, Mark was assigned to the White House Security & Honor Guard, providing ceremonial escort services for the President of the United States. Mark achieved his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, as well as his Master's of Science in International Relations at Troy State University in Troy, AL.
Matt Ray serves as co-founder and chief operating officer of IRC. Prior to IRC, Matt had an expansive background spanning in sales and marketing as well as director and leadership roles with the global medical device manufacturer Smith & Nephew. During his nine-year tenure in medical devices he supervised numerous product launches and implemented and developed new sales and marketing strategies while expanding and developing sales teams across the US.
Matt earned his Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Drury University and his MBA from the Breech School of Business at Drury University.

Mike Corrigan is an experienced executive with more than twenty five years of extensive responsibilities in general management, operations, strategic planning, finance and administration in addition to serving on the boards of directors of both public and private companies. He has significant international and multicultural experience and is an accomplished turnaround and restructuring professional in addition to possessing considerable experience in new ventures. Corrigan also has substantial merger and acquisition experience, both as a principal and as an advisor. He is also a "financial expert" as defined by the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States and has served as Chairman of several audit committees.
Corrigan currently serves as an advisor to a number of privately held entertainment entities and investors in the entertainment, media, sports and high technology sectors. He has significant operating experience in the motion picture, television, music, publishing, broadcasting, cable, advertising, agency and gaming verticals within the entertainment and media space. His industry experience covers all facets of the strategic and operational management of content production and distribution. Corrigan also has extensive experience in the high technology sector, particularly with communications and content delivery platforms. He also has extensive global business experience, particularly in the development of strategy, execution of transactions, and general management with focus on Europe, Latin America and Australia. Corrigan also has significant capital markets experience and has led a New York Stock Exchange IPO, raised more than $1 billion in M&A financing and advised on a large number of both public and private debt and equity financings and restructurings. He was recently Interim Co-CEO of Sonar Entertainment (formerly RHI Entertainment) where he had responsibility for stabilizing and rebuilding the company following its' emergence from bankruptcy proceedings. He was also recently a key member of the Board of Managers which oversaw the successful restructuring of Tropicana Entertainment, a multi-location casino operator. Other recent assignments include lead representation of a key stakeholder in the restructuring of MGM, advisor to a prominent activist investor in a proxy contest and advisor to a potential acquirer of the assets of Blockbuster.
Corrigan was previously Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Metro Goldwyn Mayer Inc (MGM), a major Hollywood studio. At MGM, Corrigan had strategic, financial and administrative responsibility for the studio and it’s holding in UIP, then the largest global theatrical film distributor. Corrigan also had operational responsibility for the MGM’s interactive division and for all aspects of production services and distribution at the studio.
Corrigan was previously a senior partner in the Entertainment, Media and Communications practice at Price Waterhouse LLP. In that firm, he had various responsibilities, including lead account partner role for significant client relationships such as The Walt Disney Company, The Interpublic Group of Companies and Sony Music and leadership roles in such prominent engagements as the flotation of Deutsche Telekom and Telstra. He was additionally responsible for global strategic planning for the Entertainment, Media and Communications practice. He also formerly managed the firms’ Corporate Finance practice in the Western United States, which practice focused primarily on mid-market merger and acquisition activity.
He is a former member of the Board of Managers of Tropicana Entertainment Inc. and is also former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atari, Inc. Corrigan has also held board positions at ACME Communications Inc. and at Sonar Entertainment Inc. He is currently a member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Advisors of a number of other privately held entertainment and technology entities.
Mr. Corrigan is a graduate of the Law School of Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and of The Honorable Society of King's Inns, Dublin, Ireland. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a former member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He resides in Malibu, California.
Hailing from Indiana, Dr. Nagy earned his B.S. in education from Vanderbilt University, a M.A. in education from Western Carolina University, and Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Sarasota. He has taught kindergarten through high school, served 9 years as an elementary principal, 3 as high school principal and 20 as director. After teaching 1 year in the U.S., he returned to the university to complete his master’s degree. Since then he has lived and worked in Colombia at 4 different American schools. Currently, he is completing his 15th year as Director of Colegio Bolivar in Cali, Colombia. Dr. Nagy is a member of AdvancED’s Latin American Committee, has lead or participated in over forty school evaluation visits throughout Latin America, and is an active community member.
From Barranquilla, Colombia, Arturo Gutierrez de Piñeres is an Industrial Engineer with broad experience in utilities company management. He earned his industrial Engineer degree from the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla and has a post grade in Finances. Arturo was CFO of Gases del Caribe for twenty-two years, where he developed skills in project management and M&A, acquisitions and fusions. He also developed a side business using hide assets increasing the utilities incomes. He was then CEO of Gases de Occidente for seven years, during which the company was ranked as the Best Place to Work in Colombia in Latin America, and the best public services company for six years according to the Chamber of Commerce. He was since then lived in Cali, Colombia, with strong ties to the community. Throughout his career he has participated in eleven advisory boards and is currently President of the advisory board for Gases del Oriente S.A.E.S.P. and Metrogas S.A.E.S.P. , two natural gas Utility companies serving several cities at the east region of Colombia.
