We have created a unique system that requires two steps to complete a purchase.

Step one - Add deal to shopping cart and authorize the purchase. Deal will be assigned a 5-digit redeem code. This will authorize and put a hold on your card for the deal amount. This will NOT charge your credit card at this time.

Take time to consider your purchase, do research, examine your budget or consult your friends. If you decide you want the deal then proceed to step two.

Step two - Follow redeem code instructions and give redeem code to business to complete transaction. Once the redeem code is entered your credit card will be charged the deal amount.

Enjoy your purchase.

If you decide that you do not want the deal just cancel the deal or let it expire. Your card will not be charged.

We have a different style of search system. We believe it is easier if you can decide what type of results you want first and then get the information you need. We allow you to look for Businesses or Deals separately. Very soon you will also be able to find Charity Projects.

If you do not see any results we may be new to your area. This could be an opportunity for you to invite businesses into Feebee instantly.

A part of every discussion in building Feebee has been charity. (Filanthropia Extraordinaria!) How can we help make the world a better place? Soon we will have the ability to allow charitable projects to be created, overseen and sponsored all within Feebee.

The system will allow anyone to search for projects they would like to support. This is where the CharityPoints any user accumulates can be used. That person will then have the ability to follow a project they donate to, until it's completion.

The system will also allow a business to explain what charities they sponsor or donate to on their business page. This can be used to attract customers or create more support for their project.

The Feebee Charity Platform will be the one common place that everyone around the world will be able to start, support and follow charity projects. This is one of the main reasons that Feebee was created. We want to connect all of us for a common goal of helping each other. This system can be shared by families to teach the wonderful lessons of giving and sharing that will last a lifetime.

Feebee was created with the idea of making the world a better place. We are committing revenue to support our unique CharityPoints. These will have a monetary value that can be used to support projects created, sponsored and completed on Feebee. Here is how:

• Earn CharityPoints for each dollar spent on Feebee.
• Search for all types of charity projects around the world.
• Use the CharityPoints on any Feebee Project.
• Track how the project you are supporting is helping the world.

Our intention is to create a system in which individuals, businesses or charitable organizations can create specific projects that can be funded using the CharityPoints earned by shopping on Feebee.

The charity tab on each business page is to allow each business to explain the charities or fundraising that is important to their organization. They do not receive any CharityPoints directly to support their charities.

Each project will be created with a specific goal, designed to have a start and completion point and be social so it can be followed and see the progress. Through pictures and videos each project will show how even a few cents can make a difference. Projects will be saved to your favorites and become part of your charity history.

We hope that families could get together and decide what projects to support and see the results. A happy culture of giving and assistance that can be seen and felt worldwide.

For now all CharityPoints will be earned at a 1% rate for each deal redeemed. The points will be saved above in your account. Once we are live with the charity system the support can begin!

Feebee alone is not able to change the world but together we can make a difference one project at a time. This part of Feebee is not active yet, but will be shortly.

All deals will be purchased by shoppers through each businesses' merchant account.

All customer support, deal returns and charge-backs are the direct responsibility of each business on Feebee.

Sign up as an Agent and enter your legal information. If approved receive an Agent Keyword. Immediately invite businesses with the Agent Keyword and start earning commissions.

Commissions are earned monthly for each upgraded business invited into Feebee.

The commission is 30% of the base business monthly subscription. This is earned with every subscription collected. A commission is paid only if the following are true:

• A monthly subscription fee is received from an active legal Feebee account.
• The business account and the agent account are in good standing.
• Commissions are paid each month the subscription is paid forever.
• A Keyword is assigned to the business account.

Feebee Commission Requirements:

• Agent account must be active and in good standing.
• Commission is paid to the Keyword assigned. It is not allowed to change the assigned keyword to which a commission is paid.
• Proper tax information entered including business license (if applicable), Tax ID or social security number by way of a signed W-9.

What is a Qualified New Business Account:

• Business account must be a new account not previously attached to an Keyword.
• Business must be a verified individual or legal entity.
• Business may be in any country worldwide.
• Business account must be upgraded to a paying package in order for an agent to earn a commission. There are no commissions on free accounts.

Feebee Commission Schedule:

• Commission is 30% of the monthly base subscription plan.
• Commission is paid instantly to your agent account.
• There is a monthly administrative fee per Keyword. This fee will be waived during the launch phase.
• Commission funds may be requested and transferred to a legal financial account. Transfer fees may apply.
• All commissions earned from invalid or illegal businesses will be retroactively debited from your active agent account. Failure to verify a business could result in suspension or cancellation of your agent account.
• Commissions will continue to be paid indefinitely as long as all the conditions above are met.

This program is designed for high end professionals with the capacity to work with large corporate accounts ranging from Fortune public companies to private national and international corporations. Please contact Feebee corporate if you are interested in this opportunity.

Everyone is qualified to be an agent. After filling out the contract and profile, an agent Keyword will be assigned. Start inviting businesses and earning commissions instantly with no cost.

Keywords are a very important component of the Feebee Marketing System. The code entered by a new account tells Feebee what business advertisements to Feature. Every new account MUST enter an Keyword to join Feebee. Entering your Agent Keyword assigns the account to you.

• Commissions from new upgraded businesses are attached directly to your Keyword and are paid every month the new account is paid and active.
• Keywords cannot be changed and are locked in place.
• Soliciting upgraded business accounts can result in loss of agent account.

• Businesses must use a Keyword when joining.
• For Businesses, Feebee is Free to join for 30 days. No Contract or Credit Card Needed.
• Small business to large corporations can benefit.

Funds from your Agent Account Balance can be requested to a financial account.

The SmileHighway allows Businesses to reward Shoppers for reaching certain tiers in the SmileHighway. As Shoppers receive and post reviews for other Employee's, they recieve SmileMiles while allow them to progress along the Smile Highway.

Businesses can reserve a number on the SmileHighway that will designate a offer spot that the Business puts on display. This number is known as a SmileMarker.

As the Shopper reaches the amount of SmileMiles that matches the SmileMarker the business is on, they can claim the offer for that Business

General Requirements (all countries)

1. Active Account - All locations with most employees added. Contests, deals and positive review system are active on Feebee.
2. SmileMile commitment - Agree to creating a Positive Review Campaign that will engage shoppers and employees to create smiles daily.
3. Charity Project Platform - Be willing to help sponsor, create or support the coming international charity projects platform to make the world a better place.
4. SmileMarker is only guaranteed to qualified paying businesses. - First business to meet requirements can apply for the mile marker.
5. Special circumstances - Determined by feebee corporate on a case by case basis. A strong brand, marketing plan with spokespersons or a vibrant charity program can help a business to qualify.

Feebee Commission Requirements:

What is a Qualified New Business Account:

• Business account invited must be upgraded to a paying packages in order for you to earn a commission. There are no commissions on free accounts.
• Business invited must be a verified individual or legal entity with a business license and a bank account for their business.
• Business account invited must be upgraded to the Premium Package o one of our other packages in order for you to earn a commission. There are no commissions on free accounts.

Feebee Commission Schedule:

• Commission is 30% of Feebee Base Subscription Plans.
• Commission is paid within thirty (30) days after the end of the month it is earned. ​
• Commission funds may be transferred to your dwolla account or paypal account.
• All commissions earned from invalid or illegal businesses will be retroactively debited from your active account. Failure to verify a business could result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
• Commissions will continue to be paid indefinitely as long as all the conditions above are met.

The following monthly commission plan will be available to all paying business accounts and active agent accounts in good standing.

New Business Account Monthly Commissions

A monthly 30% commission can be earned for every business account that joins Feebee with one of your codes.

These commissions are based on the cost of the plan in the country the business paying is located.

Commissions can be earned regardless of location of the new business account.

Payment of Commissions

Commissions are always paid in arrears to net out adjustments. Commissions due will be paid within 30 days after the month in which it was earned.
Commissions will be paid every month for the life of the paying account provided that the Business or Agent Account is current and in good standing.

Control your Business, all from 1 Account!

Feebee gives you the ability to easily manage your Business, even if your Business is a Corporation. With the Branch Management, you can add Branches to your Business Account. These Branches created from your Branch Management can then be selected to further customize the branch.

Once you add your first Branch, your Business will become a Corporation. You can now switch between the Corporate Branch and the Newly created Branch.

You will also now see that you have a "Connected to" box that has a green border around it. This is to let you know that you are logged onto the Corporate Branch. Anything you do while connected to the Corporate Branch will only affect the Corporate Branch (Unless you Blast it to other Branches).

When you have selected a Branch from the Branch Management page, the Border of your "Connected Box" will be Orange to let you know you are currently Connected to that Branch. Anything you do while connected to the Branch will affect that Branch.

When your company has multiple locations, you will want to add it all in the same account. In this case, you can add Branches to your Business so you can take control of everything without needing multiple accounts. You can add Branches by clicking on "Business - Management" then selecting the "Business Dashboard". Then you can click on the "Add a Branch" button. This will turn your Business into a Corporation. Once you add your first Branch, you will see a box now shows on top of your menu. This box will show you which Branch you are connected to, and will also let you switch to another branch or back to your Corporate Branch.

As a Corporation, you have the Ability to "Blast" certain elements to your Branches, such as your Advertisements, FAQs, Deals, and more.

You can also add Employee's to your Corporate Branch and assign them to your Branches, and even multiple Branches.

Add Employees to your Business so they can manage

When you add an employee, they become a member of the Branch that you are currently Connected To. This will give them different permissions and access to certain area's depending on their role. Below is a list of the roles and their permissions. When an Employee is added to Corporate, you can also assign them to a Branch or even Multiple Branches.

Funds from your Business Account Balance can be transferred to the shopper account or to a bank account. Funds transferred into the shopper account must remain in the shopper account to be used on purchases.

Deal Revenue

• 100% of deal revenue is processed through your business merchant account.
• Feebee will auto bill 7% of deal amount using ACH from your business bank account for each deal redeemed.
• 7% Feebee fee breakdown – 5% Feebee, 1% Customer CharityPoints, 1% Customer CashBack
• 7% Feebee fee is nonrefundable regardless of customer chargebacks. The customer is responsible to return the 2% in the case of a chargeback.
• Customers purchasing your deal will initially receive an authorization hold for the deal amount. The business offering the deal may be charged for the authorization hold from their merchant account. Feebee does not control the length of time that an authorization hold will stay on a customer credit or debit card. If the authorization hold falls off prior to the customer providing the redemption code for your active deal, Feebee will reauthorize and charge the deal as the customer gives the redemption code per your instructions. A second authorization hold may result in a second charge from your merchant account. Feebee holds no responsibility for any deals authorized but not redeemed by customers that result in charges to the company providing the deal. Feebee holds no responsibility for multiple authorization charges for a single deal.

Feebee allows for each deal to have a specific address. This is similar to purchasing an advertisement in newspapers in different areas. This allows you to place deals in the areas you most want to market to.

Feebee searches are by geographic location. The closest results to the search address are shown first. You cannot change your business address but you CAN create a deal with an address in a different market. Your deals will show up in deal searches closest to the search point.

Example: A bicycle shop has an address ten miles from the beach. Customers searching in the businesses physical location will find his shop near the top of the search results. Customers searching the beach area will see the bicycle shop lower on the list because it is farther away.

The shop creates a deal for ""Beach Cruisers - 2 for $400"" and puts the deal address on the beach. Customers searching for bikes on the beach will see that deal near the top of the deal geographic search results.

Each time you create a deal, enter an address where you want the deal to show up in Deal Searches. Look on the map for the deal pins to make sure that you are covering all the areas that your business serves.

Three Types of Marketing in the Premium Package

• Type 1 - Shoppers can find your business by searching in a defined area. Your business shows up geographically. Results are determined by proximity to the search address entered.
• Type 2 - Shoppers can find your deals over a wider area. Your deal addresses may be up to twenty miles from your business address. This allows deals to be found by shoppers in different areas. This is similar to buying an ad in a local paper.
• Type 3 - Every shopper can find your business Worldwide by entering your Keyword into Feebee. No two accounts can have the same Keyword. Make your business global by selecting your code today.

Feature Advertisements – When your invited members log into Feebee, they will automatically see Advertisements from your Business. You will have full control over what is displayed on these Advertisements, so you can take advantage for marketing. You can put separate Advertisements on your invited members’ Dashboard and their Search Results Page. In addition to that, you will also be able to create Advertisements for your Business page and your Deal Pages. This will allow you to market your business and grow your Brand. The subscription cost is the same whether you have your featured advertisements showing to a thousand or a million viewers.

Commissions – If a Feebee business account upgrades to the Premium Package a commission will be generated. Feebee will pay to the Keyword assigned a commission equal to 30% or $50.00 (fifty US dollars) whichever is lower. This commission is to be paid each month that the premium package is current. If the upgraded business account is an active paying account with Feebee for ten years then the commission will be paid each month for ten years. It is as simple as that. While we do feel that the commission is generous and can be substantial, we want to focus on the system and the connection between businesses and customers. This is what will make Feebee a long term success and allow us to change the world together.

Offer Deals – Create deals that that will show up in Feebee instantly. Within minutes of upgrading you can be selling deals on Feebee to customers. You are in full control of each deal and create it yourself. You decide when you want to show it, how much discount you want to offer and how to redeem it. Start slow and see how Feebee works. As you get more comfortable, you can increase the number and variety of deals that want to sell.

Reporting – Get real-time reports on many aspects of Feebee. You can determine which Business you invited have upgraded, check the commissions you’ll be earning at the next payout, view Sales reports, and much more!

FAQs - Provide your Shoppers with a list of Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to your Business. A list of things they’ll need to know will help reduce the amount of emails you’ll receive from customers. If they already know the answer, there’s no reason for them to ask.

Manage Employees – Add your Employees to your Feebee business account. Once added, they can redeem deals for your customers. When a customer wants to redeem a deal, they simply ask an authorized Employee and give the redemption code. Once the redemption code is entered into Feebee using a smart phone the deal will be finalized. An owner will know what Employees redeemed which deals and when. This allows your Employees to be full time marketers for your business. They can redeem deals anytime and anywhere. All transactions are online and secure. There is no access to the feebee account other than to redeem deals.

CashBack System – We have created a CashBack system that will allow consumers to earn 1% back to use on other deals. • If money is not avail on the 1st. Your business can no longer create any new items; no deals ,contests, reviews, employees, jobs etc. Until paid.
• If you still have not paid by the 1st of the next month/next billing cycle, then your account will be suspended and Not found in searches. This also means no more capturing of accounts with keywords.
• If your account is suspended, you can put money in and then "reactivate" your package at any time and restore it to how it was

So this means, when an account is overdue (if unpaid on the first of the month):
Ability to be found in search results - Your business remains searchable until the 1st of the next month (the next billing cycle) after that you will not show in search results, nor will your deals or jobs.
Employees - Your employees can connect to the business until the 1st of the next month (the next billing cycle) after that only the business owner can log into the business.
Owner - You can connect find but when you log in, instead of the welcome page you will be taken directly to the packages page.
Deals - Your Deals be redeemed until 1st of the next month (the next billing cycle) after that the system will force any active deals to "refund" from your business merchant.
Contest - Your Contests will default to award cash/credit prize only since we can't control the other prizes but have already collected its credit value.
Keywords - After 60 days unpaid all of your Keywords with your captured accounts will be transfered to feebee corporate.
